is available 7 days a week from 8am until 4.30pm.

* Viewings
are available by appointment at 11am or 2.30pm - please call reception to enquire about availability, dates and times. This is purely for organisational purposes, as our first priority is taking care of the needs of all dogs boarding. We are unfortuanetely unable to take viewings over busy school holiday periods, this is purely for staffing reasons.

* Vaccinations
No dogs will be accepted without proof of current vaccinations.

Infectious Tracheobronchitis (Kennel Cough) Although we do not insist upon the kennel cough vaccine, unless there is a known outbreak in the area. We do insist that should owners wish to vaccinate their dogs against the virus that it is done 2 full weeks before arrival at the kennels. This is to ensure the live aspect of the vaccine has been incubated during the first highly contagious 72 hour period & up to 2 weeks from date of administration.

If a dog is presented to the kennels just after receiving the kennel cough vaccine. We reserve the right to refuse boarding if suitabe isolation is not available for the 2 week period necessary after administration by your vet. This is to protect other canine guests from contracting the virus through a live carrier during that time frame.

* All items provided by owners e.g blankets, toys, containers etc... are left at the owners own risk. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage.

* The owners of Westmains boarding kennels Ltd assume the right to contact their own veterinarian or the vet a dog is registered to, if they feel it is deemed necessary and we are unable to contact the owner or the owner's representative..

* Deposits
On booking a Non refundable deposit of £30.00 per dog is required. This is then taken off the total cost of their stay.
